To place an order please contact us via email or phone.  When we have taken the details of your order we will send you an invoice with all the specifications.  Once you have approved the specifications you will be required to send a deposit payment of 20% of the total price of the guitar ordered.  When we have received your deposit we will send you a receipt that will stipulate the approximate delivery date and the total balance.  The balance is due upon completion.  All shipping charges (if needed) are to be paid by the customer and will be calculated upon completion of the guitar ordered.  All sales are subject to C.A. sales tax if purchased within C.A.  All deposits are non refundable once German has begun construction.

    Warranty

 

All guitars come with a one year warranty against any defects in construction or materials from the date of purchase.  Shipping charges are not included in the warranty and are to be paid by the customer.  If within a year of purchase you have any issue with your guitar, you can ship it back to German for him to inspect.  If after inspection he finds any defect he will gladly repair or exchange the guitar at no extra charge.  If after inspection German feels their is problem due to improper customer care then prior to proceeding we will notify the customer of the repair cost.
